United World Telecom offers a custom IVR system and unlimited extensions. We offer both services for free; they come included with your virtual phone number plan. For a simple IVR set-up, there is no additional cost. However, there may be a reasonable development fee (based on the case) for a more advanced IVR set-up. We can provide professional voice recordings and prompts with a custom service quote.
