1. Go to the GCF Softphone page on the Apple Store and click on the install button.
2. Apple will ask you to verify that you want to install it by entering your password.
3. The softphone will automatically be installed.
4. The softphone will open and allow you to sign in.
5. Enter your user ID and password for the line you wish to use.
